Lesson #1 - the shifting landscape

The first thing to recognize about Internet TV is that it is inevitable. The landscape has shifted from a content-centric model to one of a consumer-centric model and the consumer decides when and where they are going to interact with content. That means consumers want access to their favorite shows in many places. This is why TiVo exists. iTunes exists. Apple is releasing the iTV in the next quarter. The consumer wants it and they are going to get it.

Lesson 1 is over.
